Three Autumn Friends

‘Three Autumn Friends’ explores the relationship between artificiality and the natural world. Three sources of light are referenced: the moon, the flower made up of red LED lights, and the chandelier whose image is printed on the surface of the moon. The bird is the go-between earth-bound manmade lights and those in the sky that reflect the sun's light. The night of the opening (which took place on the sidewalk outside the window gallery), there was a real full moon!
